I refer to the Dalyellup residential development project listed on the DevelopmentWA website and I ask: (a) How many lots have been made available as part of the project: (i) How many lots have been sold to date and on what date were each of them sold; (b) How many dwellings will be delivered as part of this project; (c) How many dwellings have been completed to date: (i) How many of these dwellings are now occupied; (d) how many dwellings remain under construction: (i) When will these dwellings be completed; (e) how many dwellings have not yet commenced: (i) When will construction commence for each of these dwellings; (f) is the development site serviced by power and water infrastructure such that it is at the build-ready stage: (i) if yes, when will titles be able to be delivered; (g) of the intended dwellings, how many will be private, social, and affordable tenures; (h) what is the forecast completion date for all dwellings to be delivered; (i) what plans are there to develop associated community and commercial facilities to support the redevelopment: (i) what stage are these facilities at; (j) what is the total cost of the project to date; and (k) what is the anticipated total final cost of the project?

(a-k) The Dalyellup Beach is a large scale, mature residential estate project, with a total of 3,745 residential lots and 43 commercial/group housing lots expected at completion of the project. A total of 3,535 residential lots and 35 commercial/group housing lots have been delivered to date, and Dalyellup Beach has become a thriving community in the southwest. Social housing has been provisioned for within the estate. As is standard industry practice, lots will be released in stages and announcements of these releases will be made in due course. Purchasers set construction timeframes, built form design and occupation in line with development conditions.
