(1)-(4) The Percent for Art Scheme is managed by the Department of Finance, Building Management and Works (BMW). Information on this project is held by BMW who have responded independently to questions 1 - 4.
(5) Yes. BMW have provided a copy of the memorandum of understanding between the Department of Culture and the Arts and Department of Finance.
(6) There is not a published policy, the Percent for Art Scheme has been governed by Cabinet Minute 4.4 "Art of the State", since 28 May 1997.
