I refer to the sale and redevelopment of Palm Beach Caravan Park and Camping Holiday Village, and ask: (a) When did the Department of Housing last meet with Village tenants; (b) What is the current state of negotiations between tenants and the Department of Housing in relation to housing options for Village tenants; (c) How many tenants have applied for public housing; and (d) How many tenants have been deemed eligible for priority housing?

The Department of Housing advises:
(a) An onsite information session for all the residents was held on 14 June, 2014.
(b) Applicants who have applied for public housing and are approved for priority assistance are currently awaiting allocation. The Department will ensure that all applicants are made an offer of accommodation before the anticipated park closure date of 30 June 2016.
