PUBLIC–PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT
744. Hon KEN TRAVERS to the Minister for Education:
I refer to the liabilities
associated with the eight new schools being built under the Western Australian
schools public–private partnership agreement.
(1) What are the
total liabilities, in net present value and real dollars, associated with this
partnership over the life of the project?
(2) What will the
total liabilities associated with the construction cost of the schools be once
all schools are completed?
(3) Are the
liabilities associated with this project shown as current or non-current
liabilities in the statement of financial position, and how much is shown in
each category?
(4) Are the
liabilities associated with this project shown as provisions, borrowings or
another category, and how much is shown in each category?
(5) What is the peak debt associated
with this contract?

Hon PETER COLLIER : No, not at all.
