GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTABILITY — TABLING OF DOCUMENTS
Before I ask my supplementary question, I acknowledge that this is the last question time for the ABC’s longest serving political reporter, Peter Kennedy, who is not there! Nevertheless, please pass on to Peter Kennedy my acknowledgement. He always wanted information. Will the Premier, pursuant to his legal requirements under section 82 of the Financial Management Act 2006, immediately advise the Auditor General of the government’s refusal to provide information to the Parliament in these three cases? Mr C.J. BARNETT

I will happily have a discussion with the Auditor General. Mr E.S. Ripper : No; you have a requirement to table it in the house and to notify him. Will you do that? It is your legal requirement. Mr C.J. BARNETT : The government is not directed by the Auditor General.
