I thank Hon Ray Halligan for some notice of the question. The Minister for Employment Protection has provided the following answer - (1) Yes. (2) 1 September 2006. (3) The office of EnergySafety has taken over the lease from the Office of Shared Services. This lease will expire in 2017.
