I refer to the Hardship Utilities Grant Scheme (HUGS), and ask: (a) in each of 2014 and 2015 to date, and by utility, how many families or singles have accessed HUGS assistance in the following areas: (i) Bunbury; (ii) Busselton; (iii) Margaret River; (iv) Nannup; (v) Manjimup; (vi) Donnybrook-Balingup; (vii) Bridgetown-Greenbushes; and (viii) the South West Region; and (b) in each of 2014 and 2015 to date, and by utility, how many HUGS applications were received from the following areas: (i) Bunbury; (ii) Busselton; (iii) Margaret River; (iv) Nannup; (v) Manjimup; (vi) Donnybrook-Balingup; (vii) Bridgetown-Greenbushes; and (viii) the South West Region?
