FIRE AND EMERGENCY SERVICES AUTHORITY - OFFICER REMUNERATION
First of all, I welcome the members of the Fire and Emergency Services Authority of Western Australia who are in the gallery today. I thank them for coming. There are 580 firefighters here in the Parliament today. Can the minister please explain why the chief executive officer of the Fire and Emergency Services Authority of Western Australia is the highest paid fire chief in Australia and yet presides over a force in which the firefighters are the lowest paid in the country? Mr J.C. KOBELKE
