I have a supplementary question. I thank the Premier for his answer. However, the time for dialogue in South Hedland and other towns is over. We have been talking for years. The SPEAKER: This is an opportunity to ask a supplementary question, not make a statement. The member for Pilbara knows those rules. He should ask his question if he has one. Mr L. GRAHAM: Will the Premier take the same action in South Hedland and Halls Creek that he has taken in Northbridge; and, if not, why not? Dr G.I. GALLOP

As with all these matters, the Government takes the advice of the people on the ground who deal with the day-to-day issues. The Northbridge issue has been addressed. A recommendation emerged from the government process, and we have accepted it. Several members interjected. Dr G.I. GALLOP: We will consult with the communities of Halls Creek, South Hedland, Albany, Geraldton and Northam, and other communities, about the right strategy to take. Several members interjected. The SPEAKER: I call to order for the first time the member for Warren-Blackwood.
