ALIC TRPCEV — TRANSFER OF PERSONNEL RECORDS
I refer to the Public Sector Management (General) Regulations 1994 and in particular to regulation 25(3)(a) and (3)(b). (1) On what date did the Department of Environment and Conservation seek the transfer of the prescribed personnel records of Mr Alic Trpcev from the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor and on what date were the records transferred from the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor? (2) Were all the records of Mr Alic Trpcev transferred? (3) If no to (2), which records were not transferred? (4) Did Ms Dorothy McLaughlin of the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor advise Mr Trpcev that his written defence to an appraisal conducted in 1999 would not be included as part of Mr Trpcev’s personnel records? (5) If yes to (4), on what authority was the record kept separate from his personnel records? (6) How was this document recorded by the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor if it did not form part of Mr Trpcev’s personnel records? (7) Was this document transferred to the Department of Environment and Conservation; and, if so, on what date? Hon LJILJANNA RAVLICH
