I refer to the Public Sector Management (General) Regulations 1994 and in particular to regulation 25(3)(a) and (3)(b). (1) On what date did the Department of Environment and Conservation seek the transfer of the prescribed personnel records of Mr Alic Trpcev from the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor and on what date were the records transferred from the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor? (2) Were all the records of Mr Alic Trpcev transferred? (3) If no to (2), which records were not transferred?
