I refer the minister to a statement in the House by his predecessor, Hon Tom Stephens, on Thursday, 26 June 2003 when the contents of a memorandum entitled “Statement by Greg Joyce - Director General, Department of Housing and Works” was read. Hon Tom Stephens said the memorandum was signed by Greg Joyce and would be tabled. Will the minister please table the signed memorandum from the director general? Hon NICK GRIFFITHS
