(1) Has either Main Roads WA or the Department of Transport produced or commissioned any reports into the impact of increased noise and vibration that will result from the proposed Perth Freight Link, and if not, why not? (2) If yes to (1): (a) when was each report commissioned and by whom; (b) who completed, or is completing each report; (c) what is the cost of each report; (d) when was each report completed; and (e) will the Minister commit to tabling each report, and if not, why not?

As at 12 August 2015:
(1) Yes, Main Roads Western Australia
(2)(a) Acoustic Assessment Report (Appendix U of the PER) - 2011; Noise Management Plan (Appendix J of the Response to Submissions document) - 2012. Both reports were commissioned by South Metro Connect.
(b) Both reports were completed by AECOM.
(c) Part of overall South Metro Connect cost.
(d) 2011 and 2012 respectively.
(e) Both documents are already publicly available online.
