I refer to the current fuel crisis and I ask:(a) Has the Government considered implementing fuel rationing in Western Australia:(i) If so, what would enforced rationing look like in practice;(b) Has any advice been sought from the Commonwealth regarding emergency powers or coordinated national responses;(c) What legislative or regulatory mechanisms would be used to enforce rationing if required;(d) How much fuel from the national stockpile has been allocated to Western Australia;(e) How much of the national stockpile has already been drawn down;(f) What discussions has the State Government had with the Commonwealth regarding additional allocations;(g) The Government has referenced accessing the spot market. What volumes are being secured through this mechanism; and(h) How much of that fuel is reaching regional Western Australia each day?
