The Panel collectively reported to the Minister for the Environment. The Final Report of the Water Services Coordination Act Review Panel was tabled on 22 October 2003. (7) Not during the six month period ending 30 June 2003. (8) These consultants were only engaged in April 2003, with no report deliverable during this time period. (9) The consultancy continued into the second half of 2003, and the following reports were presented to ERC and Cabinet: a. Strategic Business Review of Procurement Reform within the WA Government Sector- Deliverable A Report (Cabinet in Confidence) – July 2003 b. Strategic Business Review of Corporate Services Reform within the WA Government Sector- Deliverable A Report (Cabinet in Confidence) – July 2003 c.
