(1) On 12 August 2025, did the hospital operate at
or above capacity at any point?
(2) If yes to (1), during which ours did this
occur?
(3) If yes to (1), how many patients above
capacity were cared for during this period?
(4) If yes to (1), were patient transfers from
other hospitals declined during that period?
(5) If yes to (1), did the hospital place

(1) Open beds at 12:01 am on 12 August were 559,
plus 20 beds at South Perth Hospital, managed by Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital,
which was 579 in total.
(2)–(5) The data relating to hospital
capacity, patient volumes, transfer activity and ambulance bypass status is
drawn from multiple operational systems and requires collation and verification
before its accuracy can be confirmed. As such, the information on this date is
not available within the timeframe.
