(a) No complaints were received relating to alleged breaches of section 27(3) specifically related to promotion in a syndicate for fee or reward over and above the agent’s component set out in the Lotteries Commission (Authorised Lotteries) Rules 2016 (Rules).
(b) Lotterywest has conducted no investigations related to alleged breaches of section 27(3) specifically related to promotion of a syndicate of the nature referred to in (a) above.
(c) There have been no determined breaches of section 27(3) specifically related to promotion of a syndicate.
(d) There have been no penalties issued for breaches of section 27(3) specifically related to promotion of a syndicate.
