I refer to the Norseman Gold Operations, the OK Mine, Harlequin Mine, and Bullen Mine, and ask -
(1) Have any written communications, directions or concerns in correspondence concerning environmental under the
Mining Act 1978 and Regulations 1981
or mines safety matters for the above referred to operations, been issued by the Department of Mines and Petroleum (DMP), for any issues in the years, -
(a) 2008;
(b) 2009; and
(c) 2010?
(2) If yes to (1), what specifically were the written communications, directions, or concern issues raised in correspondence for?
(3) Will the Minister table copies of all works directions, stop work orders, mines record book entries, improvement notices, provisional improvement and prohibition notices issued by the DMP for the above referred to operations in the years, -
(a) 2008;
(b) 2009, and
(c) 2010?
(4) If no to (3), why not?
