(b) if the answer (a) is yes, what is this deadline;
(c) if the answer to (a) is yes, who must each department report to;
(d) if the answer to (a) is yes and the deadline has passed, have all departments reported on time; and
(i) if not, which departments have not reported on time and what were their reasons; and
(e) If the answer to (a) is no, why is there no deadline?
