The Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority advises:
(1) The current budgeted capital cost to the State for Riverside is $94 million as per the published State Budget papers.
(2) Land sales are subject to negotiation as part of the sales process. Landgate register transactions are publically available.
The Department of Transport advises:
(3) Planning work is currently underway to develop route options.
