The member has been provided with a list of all small bar licences granted as at 22 February 2012. However, the list does not identify:
(a) the original applicant name as the IT systems of the Department cannot readily provide the applicant name where the licence has subsequently been transferred to another entity; and
(b) the local government area in which the premises is situated as that information is not maintained in the Department's data base.
