(1) Yes, Mercury Fire Safety Pty Ltd has two contracts with FESA.
(2)  Contract No 1004/04 - Supply of Fire Fighting Equipment including Hose, Foam and Ladders
Contract No 1068/06 - Testing, repair, refilling and maintenance of fire extinguishers stowed on fire appliances. (Mercury are providing services in the locations as follows: Metropolitan Area, Avon, Mortlock and Central Wheatbelt)
(3) Contract No 1004/04 - The maximum contract period is five years, with an initial period of two years, and one extension option of two years and a further extension option of one year.  The contract expires on 1 May 2009.  The one year extension option is still available to be exercised from this date.
Contract No 1068/06 - The maximum contract period is five years, with an initial period of three years and one two year extension option.  The contract expires on 30 November 2010.  The extension option is still available to be exercised from this date.
