(4) The current plans include lane modifications and other traffic measures. Cost will be borne by the shopping centre owners.
(5) The current planned road network is being reviewed. The review is currently in progress. It is intended to assess options for alleviating congestion, likely to result from the expected development, and to guide the future development of the road network in this area.
