As I said, there is demand in many
places across the state. As I travel across the state, I am not sure what the
Nationals WA did for eight and a half years with those royalties for regions
funds.
Mr R.S. Love interjected.
Ms R. SAFFIOTI : No.
The SPEAKER : Order, please!
Ms R. SAFFIOTI : The
Nationals had eight and a half years. There is so much unmet demand around the
state in my portfolio, whether it be port developments, maritime developments
or roads. There is enormous demand across the state. The member cannot argue
that we are not spending a lot on transport in this state. We are spending a record amount. We continue to monitor all the
demands and all the priorities to make sure that we can deliver for the
entire state.
The SPEAKER : That concludes
question time.
