(b) The area of the Allenswood Primary School site is 4.25 hectares.
2. It is proposed that the new school will be built on 3.01 hectares.
3. As the new school site abuts Penistone Reserve which is 11.4 hectares in area, this provides an opportunity for a shared use arrangement with the City of Joondalup. Since 1990 it has been Government policy to optimize joint development opportunities between Government and Local Authorities as part of the Better Government Agreement.
