TAFE COLLEGES — DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE AGREEMENTS
I refer to the answer to question on notice 4513 in which the minister refused to table the TAFE delivery and performance agreements as requested, but noted that he had previously tabled an example of a draft agreement. Despite their best efforts, the talented parliamentary staff of this chamber have not been able to source the document to which the minister referred. Will the minister now please table this document again? Hon PETER COLLIER

The honourable member would be aware that a private viewing of the delivery and performance agreements with state training providers has been offered in the past. However, an example of the draft agreement was not tabled. As requested, I am now pleased to table a copy of the draft agreement. [See paper 3837.]
