internationally handle our relations on trade better than has been done
sometimes in the past, we will get these sorts of reactions. Do members know
what offended the Chinese most over the last decade?

Mr C.J. BARNETT : No. It was Rubiya Kadeer visiting Australia as a guest of the Australian government; that is what
offended the Chinese government more than anything else.
