I refer to the Minister’s response to Question on Notice No. 1658 in relation to the payment of monies to the law firm Minter Ellison, and ask:
(a) could the Minister provide a breakdown of the $40,016.31 paid to Minter Ellison for services provided to the Department of Health;
(b) in providing this breakdown, could the Minister also indicate the nature of the service for which the monies were paid;
(c) could the Minister advise when Minter Ellison was engaged by the Department;
(d) is Minter Ellison still engaged by the Department; and
(e) could the Minister provide the names of all Minter Ellison lawyers who have provided a legal service to, or legal representation for, the Department?
