(a)   Unimproved values (UVs) are reviewed annually.
(b) UVs are reviewed in accordance with their statutory definition using a mass appraisal approach.
(c) – (d) The analysis of sales evidence, close to the date of valuation, is the primary source of information used to set land values. The permitted use of land along with planning strategies, schemes and structure plans is considered.
(e) This is highly dependant on the individual piece of UV land and its local context.
