Construction, Forestry, Mining and Energy Union specifically referenced in any
procurement processes for any state government projects?
(2) If yes to (1), what procurement
processes, and can the minister please provide a list?
(3) If yes to (1), why?
(4) Is the CFMEU
referenced in the documentation relating to the Western Australian best
practice industry conditions of April 2024 that was part of the procurement
for stages 1 and 2 of the Tonkin Highway extension?
