I refer to the South Perth Station Precinct Plan document published in 2011 by the Western Australian Planning Commission and the City of South Perth, and ask: (a) are the numbers outlined in the table in the Executive Summary (page 5) of the South Perth Station Precinct Plan document, indicating the potential scale of the proposed development, still valid; (b) if yes to (a): (i) which target numbers/parameters have been achieved or exceeded as of 30 June 2018 as a result of the proposed and completed development projects in the South Perth Station Precinct over the last seven years; and (ii) can the Minister provide certainty that once all the targets are met, the State Government will commit funds to build a South Perth Train Station; (c) if no to (a), for the benefit of the South Perth Station Precinct residents, can the Minister provide an updated table outlining the new potential scale of the proposed precinct development; and (d) if yes to (c): (i) how far away is the City of South Perth from meeting the new targets as of 30 June 2018; and (ii) can the Minister provide certainty that once the new targets are met, the State Government will commit funds to build a South Perth Train Station?
