Has the Minister or Ministerial staff met or had any contact with any individual or company on the Register of Lobbyists since 17 March 2017 and if so: (a) what are the dates for each meeting or contact; (b) what was contacted; (c) what was the nature of the contact; (d) where was each meeting held; (e) who was present at each meeting; (f) what was discussed at each meeting; and (g) what company or individual was being represented by the lobbyist?

There are currently 112 entities listed on the WA Lobbyist Register covering about 260 individual lobbyists representing hundreds of companies as clients.
As such, I ask the member to be more specific in his question rather than simply referring to “ANY individual or company on the Register of Lobbyists”.
As far as I’m aware, such a broad question on lobbyists was not asked during the 39th Parliament nor was it answered. In fact, the practice was to ask about specific lobbyists.
If the member is interested in whether the Premier has met with a lobbyist, I ask he be clear and specify which lobbyist he is actually interested in.
