(2) What allocations have been made in forward estimates for the planning and construction associated with the proposed Indigenous Cultural Centre? (3) Has the government consulted with Indigenous groups or community leaders or representatives in regards to the Indigenous Cultural Centre within the precinct: (a) if yes, who was part of the consultations; and (b) if not, why not and when will the Indigenous community leaders or representatives be consulted?

(1) Early planning for the project included consultation with aboriginal elders and community members.
(2) Development of the Indigenous Cultural Centre does not form part of the first stage of the project. No allocations have been made in forward estimates for the planning and construction associated with the proposed Indigenous Cultural Centre.
