I refer to the Metropolitan Intersection Crashes – State and Local Roads, being funded by the Road Trauma Trust Account (RTTA), and I ask: (a) for each road project: (i) what is the location; (ii) what are the details of the works; (iii) how much has been allocated from the RTTA; (iv) did the Road Safety Council approve the expenditure; and (v) if no to (iv), who did?

(a)(i)-(iii)
For the Road Trauma Trust Account, the following projects have been funded in the Metropolitan Intersection Crashes Program for 2014/15:
Intersection of Ennis Avenue, Grange Drive and Elanora Drive - install overhead mast arms, provide two left lanes and remove right turn filter movements with a budget of $1.700m.
Intersection of Albany Highway and Liege Street - install overhead mast arms and red light cameras, improve intersection geometry, pedestrian facilities and signal phasing with a budget of $1.000m.
Intersection of Reid Highway and Lord Street - construct additional lanes, turning pockets and install traffic signals with a budget of $0.500m.
Intersection of Ennis Avenue and Port Kennedy Drive - convert three intersections into a single intersection and install partial traffic signals with a budget of $1.525m.
Funding has also been provided to develop design concepts for the following intersections with a total budget of $0.275m:
· Guildford Road and Tonkin Highway southbound on and off ramps;
· Marmion Avenue and Mullaloo Drive;
· Wanneroo Road and Hepburn Avenue;
· Mitchell Freeway northbound on ramp at Wellington Street and George Street;
· Guildford Road and Garratt Road;
· Shepparton Road and Duncan Street; and
· Morley Drive and Flinders Street.

Road Safety Council Act 2002
, the Minister for Road Safety approves expenditure from the Road Trauma Trust Account.
