(1) Why hasn’t the Environmental Protection Policy (EPP) for Cockburn Sound been completed yet?
(2) Is the Government withholding this EPP until it completes its current round of developments in Cockburn Sound, such as James Point Port and the desalination plant?
(3) Has the Government provided funding to the South-West Group of local authorities to assist them to prepare a proposal for an inland marina estate within the Point Peron Reserve at Mangles Bay?
(4) Does the Minister intend to finalise the Cockburn Sound EPP in this term of office?
(5) If not, why not?

(1) The Minister for the Environment is keen to commence the Ministerial Consultation phase of this Environmental Protection Policy (EPP) but first requires the legal version currently being drafted by the Office of Parliamentary Counsel. (2) No. (3) No. However, the Government has made a financial commitment toward a planning implementation study to determine the feasibility and sustainability of the Marina Precinct at Cape Peron, Mangles Bay, Rockingham but this funding has been allocated to the Department for Planning & Infrastructure. (4) It is the Minister for the Environment's wish that the Cockburn Sound EPP be finalised in this term of office. (5) Not applicable.
