I refer to the State Infrastructure Strategy - Implementation Progress Report 2024 , and I ask: (a) What is the status of the WA Government action "Progress a high-level plan for metropolitan freight", due for completion in 2025, including each deliverable: (i) review of metropolitan freight routes; (ii) identification of the key commodity movements to the Port and new metropolitan activity centres; and (iii) consideration of net zero carbonisation principles and targets (in the high-level plan for metropolitan freight)?
