(a) how many houses are owned in Derby;

(c) what maintenance is carried out on these houses in Derby, rented to Frontier Health staff;
(d) how many homes owned by State Health intended to be rented to midwives at Derby Hospital are vacant because maintenance is not being carried out; and
(e) what is the current status of all maintenance requests for each of these houses?

(a) 65 units in total, comprising:
· 26 houses (24 x 3 bed & 2 x 2 bed).
· 30 units (18 x 2 bed & 12 x 1 bed).
· 5 x 5 bedroom houses (share single accommodation).
· 4 individual buildings on the old Numbala Nunga Nursing Home site that are shared accommodation (currently leased to Frontier Services staff). This site has 3 x 3 bed units, 1 x 6 bed unit. All units on this site have 1 bathroom, a kitchen, a lounge and a laundry.
(b) 5 houses are currently vacant. These properties cannot be used due to their sub-standard condition. A Derby Housing Project is currently underway to address housing issues in Derby.
(c) All necessary breakdown maintenance and air-conditioning replacement is undertaken as required.
(d) None.
(e) Not applicable.
