(1) In the last six months, has the Water Corporation encountered problems treating the volume of sewerage entering the Timewell Road Treatment Plant at Albany, necessitating it to discharge primary treated and/or untreated waste water onto land in the immediate vicinity of the treatment plant?
(2) If yes, approximately how many litres of this effluent/water was pumped on to the above mentioned land?
(3) Did any of this effluent/water eventually find its way into Seven Mile Creek?
(4) At what stage of treatment was the effluent/water when it was pumped onto the land?
(5) Was the EPA or Waters and Rivers Commission notified that effluent was being pumped from the Timewell Road Treatment Plant onto adjacent land and not to the Gunn Road Tree Farm?
(6) If yes, what was the response and/or advice received from the EPA and Waters and Rivers Commission?
(7) Does the Minister expect any environmental issues, such as algal blooms, to develop as a result of this effluent/water being pumped out of the treatment ponds?
