I refer to the response to Question on Notice 4525, and ask: (a) Can the Minister please confirm that construction has commenced: (i) If so, on what date and what works have been undertaken thus far; and (ii) If not, what stage is the work currently at, what date will construction commence, why has there been a delay and what is the expected end date?

(a) Construction has not commenced.
(i) Not applicable.
(ii) The project has been awarded. Construction is due to commence in early March 2020. There was a delay in the Licensing and Assessment Regulatory Unit assessment process. The project is due for completion by September 2020.
