756. Hon Jess Beckerling to the minister representing
the Minister for Police:
I refer to today's
report by ABC news about Western Australian police officers subject to
restraining orders.
(1) What is the total number of current serving
police officers in WA subject to one or more violence restraining orders?
(2) What is the total number of current serving
police officers in WA subject to one or more family violence restraining
orders?
(3) In the event that a serving WA police officer
is subject to a family violence restraining order, can they still attend
reported family and domestic violence incidents?
(4) When a serving WA police officer is subject to
a family violence restraining order, do they retain access to private personal
data through police systems?
