❓ The question concerns potential funding cuts and reallocations within the arts and culture sector, specifically regarding the New Museum and Cultural Centre Development. The Minister's response indicates deferrals are due to planning timelines and no decisions have been made to cut individual programs.

Page 568 of the 2010–2011 State Budget refers to defer and re-allocate spending – New Museum and Cultural Development, while the mid-year budget statements on page 117 include a total cessation of $3.3 million in arts and culture funding to various arts grants from 2012–2013. In relation to this, I ask:
(a) can the Minister explain what specific programs and funding amounts are being deferred or reallocated and to what are they being reallocated;
(b) will the Minister also identify which individual programs will be cut each year commencing 2010–2011 through to 2013–2014; and
(c) what individual amounts will be cut for each program and what impact is this likely to have on the arts and culture sector currently receiving this funding?
