827. Hon LINDA SAVAGE to the Minister for Finance:
Some notice has been given of the question. I refer to the
following companies awarded state government construction contracts or
contracts for projects funded through state government programs: Sizer Builders
(WA) Pty Ltd; Midland Constructions Pty Ltd; WA Commercial Constructions Pty
Ltd trading as KMC Group; Dalcon Construction Pty Ltd; Oostveen Pty Ltd,
previously Niche Construction WA; and Briklay Pty Ltd. For each company —
(1) On what
date did the government receive complaints or information that the company was
not paying subcontractors, despite signing statutory declarations that it had
done so?
(2) On what
date did the government receive information the company was facing insolvency,
closure or being placed under administration?
