The Kids Help Line is a national 24-hour service that does not have enough funds to answer thousands of calls from young Western Australians.  The organisation hopes to raise $750 000 to enable it to provide the service required.  Will the minister provide the Parliament with the following information - (1) How much has the Western Australian Government allocated to Kids Help Line in 2002-03? (2) Will the Government consider increasing the amount allocated? (3) If not, why not? Hon LJILJANNA RAVLICH
