I refer to page 889 of the Budget that lists “Finalisation of the Government’s package to reform the
Liquor Licensing Act 1988
” as a major achievement for 2005-2006 and ask -
(1) Has the reform package actually been finalised?
(2) If so -
(a) when was it finalised?
(b) will the Minister relieve the confusion of the many mixed messages coming from his department by releasing the package?
(3) If not, why does the Budget say it is?
