(1) - (2) All positions in the previous structure were abolished as at June 2010 and the new structure developed from a zero base to meet the business requirements of Tourism Western Australia's new focus. As functions in the previous structure were transferred to other areas in the new structure, direct comparison between positions in the old and new structures is not possible. The target reduction of 51 FTEs in 2011-12 is based on achieving an overall reduction across the agency, not through the abolition of specific positions, within particular sections.
