984. Hon KATE DOUST to the
minister representing the Minister for Local Government:
I ask this question on behalf of Hon Alanna Clohesy, who is away on urgent parliamentary business. I
refer to the Minister for Local Government's response to question
without notice 865.
(1) Did
Councillor Albert provide a written response, as instructed by the minister's
department, to the serious allegation made against him; and, if not, why not?
(2) If a written response was provided, when did the
department receive the response?
(3) As the
order from the department was for the City of Bayswater to formally amend the
minutes, has this been done; and, if not —
(a) why not; and
(b) within what time frame does
the department expect such a serious breach to be corrected?
(4) If the minutes have been amended, when were they amended?
