(1)When the matter was reported in the press in March 1998.
(2) The Government has consistently called for amendment to the Native Title Act not only to address issues of workability, but also to discourage divisions and disputes between claimant groups arising directly as a result of the flawed right to negotiate process.
(3) No.
(4) The Premier on Saturday 4th November, 2000 briefly spoke to the CEO of Kingstream Resources on a tennis court.
(5) Yes.
(6) Four Corners declined the opportunity for an interview or to be briefed by staff from the Ministry of the Premier and Cabinet.
