I refer to the your answer to the Question Without Notice by the Member for Girrawheen on 28 September 2011 regarding calls to the 131 444 police assistance number and your answer that many people had dialled and then changed their mind about calling this number and rung another number, and I ask:
(a) how did you come to this conclusion;
(b) what percentage of abandoned calls were made up of people who changed their minds after dialling; and
(c) on what date did Western Australia Police advise you that many people dialling 131 444 had changed their mind about calling this number?
