I refer to the Leaders' Forum event held on Friday 25 August 2017 and ask did the Attorney General attend the event, and if so: (a) did any Ministerial staff accompany the Attorney General, and if so who attended; (b) did the Attorney General's office submit a "Driver Request Form" in order to attend or be picked up from this event, and if so when was this form submitted; (c) did the Attorney General attend or get picked up from this event by a government owned or leased vehicle driven by an Executive Transport Officer or staffer; and (d) what third parties did the Attorney General meet with and what was discussed: (i) did the Attorney General commit to making any decisions or actions as a result of these meetings, and: (A) if so, what were the decisions or actions?
