I thank Hon Barry House for providing some notice of the question. (1)-(2) No decision has been made on the land development options for funding the jetty refurbishment. The Busselton jetty working group, established by the Minister for Peel and the South West with equal shire and state representation, is working through these issues. Relevant stakeholders will be consulted throughout this process. The Minister for Peel and the South West has publicly undertaken that the community will be consulted on any land development proposal before a decision is made, and this position has not changed.
