In relation to the sale of Tudor Lodge at 59 Chelmsford Road, Mount Lawley, Western Australia, 6050, I ask:
(a) what were the offers received in each tender;
(b) what tender did the Government accept; and
(c) will the Minister guarantee that the proceeds will be spent in the electorate of Perth to upgrade needed infrastructure?

(a) Lot 800 - Tudor Lodge - "The House" only. No tenders received.
Lot 801 - "Vacant Land" only. One tender received - $363,000.
Lot 800 - Tudor Lodge, The House and Lot 801 (Vacant Land). Two tenders received: $652,000 and $970,000.
(b) State Land Services have officially accepted the tender of $363,000 for Lot 801 (Vacant Land).
State Land Services did not accept the offers for Lot 800 (House) and Lot 800 can now be offered for sale by private treaty.
(c) Approval has been granted for the retention of 100 per cent of the proceeds, and the retained funds being redirected to offset the Department for Child Protection's capital costs associated with the relocation of the Perth Office.
The new Perth Office has been completed and is operational.
